Farm Manager

Ryan developed a love for farming early, growing sunflowers and tomatoes with his grandfather and exploring farm equipment. He studied botany and sustainable agriculture in Sonoma County and managed hops and hemp operations before joining Westwood. At the farm, Ryan oversees crop production and crew management, ensuring every harvest reflects care and quality.

Outside work, Ryan coaches his son’s baseball team and enjoys surfing, hiking, and snowboarding with his fiancée, Kelsey, and their dogs, Theory and Winston.
