Derrick serves as Farm Equipment Manager at Westwood Farms, bringing 15 years of experience in machinery and equipment maintenance and repair. He ensures operations run efficiently while supporting the team with practical, hands-on solutions. Raised on a small Oregon micro-farm, Derrick learned problem-solving and resourcefulness from his grandparents, skills that continue to shape his work today.

Outside of work, he enjoys restoring cars, from classic ’56 Studebakers to modern vehicles, and bringing imagination to life through creative craftsmanship inspired by his grandchildren’s interests. He shares his life with his partner Rebecca, their three sons, and grandchildren.
