With over fifteen years in office management and agricultural support, she has co-owned a family business, overseen nursery logistics, and worked alongside local farmers. Her expertise helps the farm run smoothly and efficiently while supporting operations and team coordination.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, fishing, and tending to her indoor plant collection. She celebrates Mt. Angel Oktoberfest annually with her family, blending heritage, community, and fun while honoring the region’s hop roots.
